Playtech Appoints New Non-Executive Director Claire Milne
Playtech announced the newest board member that will act as an independent representative for the company. The gambling provider appointed Claire Milne as a non-executive director. Milne’s has a couple of different new roles. The first one will be joining the Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee, Nominations Committee and the Risk and Compliance Committee.
Milne has more than 20 years’ experience with advising financial and gaming service clients as a private practice lawyer as well as an in-house one. From 2007 through 2012 Milne’s served as chair for the Isle of Man Gambling Commission. With tons of experience under her belt, Milne’s also holds several degrees from the University of Aberdeen, Baltimore and the Johns Hopkins University. She is a member of the Law Society of Scotland currently.

Milne’s appointment comes after Playtech announced the appointment of the new Chief Policy Officer, Francesco Rodano.
