I was approved on Aug. 30, 2012 for an ACH withdrawal of $295.00 and an approved ACH withdrawal on 9/6/12 for $327.00. I have not gotten paid on either cashin. I have been back and forth with customer support and also the cashier there named Dan. I feel like I am getting the runaround. Can you please help me?”

Turns out there was a problem with the players documents and after that was corrected the player was paid.
