Casino Scam Report has seen many changes in the last 11 years, this past week we launched a brand new redesign of our website, keeping many of the features you love, like, the online gambling news reports, online casino reviews and ratings based on customer support, software and most importantly licensing and jurisdictions.
Through the years Rick Norris our founding member and connection between players and online operators have helped resolve hundreds of disputes between players and casinos, poker rooms, bingo halls…pretty much you name it and he has been a top notch player advocate.
Since times are changing we decided that change is good and with change comes improvements! So we sat down and came up with a new design to create a website that not only looks and feel fresh but one that would function as an online community for players by players!
We have incorporated in the new design, a place where players can come as a group together to interact, socialize and find the right tools to necessitate their decisions when gambling at an online casino, poker room or any other various other type of online gambling offering.
When players join, they will be assigned a profile page which will have a place for them to rate, comment and get first hand updates on the latest news, reviews and previews along with exclusive content, bonuses and special promotions from our approved lists of online operators.
We will also have a special feature for guest bloggers who would like to submit their gambling related news stories, experiences and ideas to share with the rest of the CS Report community. This could be a progressive jackpot win, an unbelievable poker game that everyone thinks is just a fish tale.
We are planning on reopening the forums to further initiate interaction between players, we will also create groups as a social means of interaction where like minded individuals can mingle, award members points for their roles and interactions with the new community that they will later use towards contest and special promotions.
We are planning on improving on online casino reviews with much more details, frequent updates on licensing and regulations and bringing exclusive bonuses and promotions for members with active participation.
The scam news, warnings and blog reports will remain our top priority so we have incorporated a special form for casino complaints, disputes and scam warnings. This new form will help eliminate abuse and legitimize claims to help us resolve disputes in a more timely and efficient manner.
With all these awesome new changes its clear to see we have created and will continue improving on an online community for players by players.
