Gaming Innovation Group Reaches a B2C Agreement with Ellmount Gaming Ltd
Gaming Innovation Group has reached a B2C agreement with Ellmount Gaming Ltd to brand its Highroller products. GiG will divest its B2C brand for a total price of 7 million. As part of the deal, Ellmount Gaming will become a B2B customer of GiG’s and continue to operate Highroller using GiG’s managed services, front end solution and platform services. GiG will receive their payment in monthly installments over the period of 48 months with the first payment starting seven months from now, when the contract and agreement was made.
Highroller is a proprietary brand of GiG with it launching back in December of 2017. Highroller will stay under GiG in terms of operations and will use GiG’s licenses with a white label agreement migrated to Ellmount Gaming’s licenses after regulatory approval.
After this divestment deal, GiG is expected to do the same with four other brands soon. These brands include Thrills Casino, Kaboo, Guts Casino and Rizk. With the sale of the company’s Highroller brand, it confirms that GiG is focused and disciplined on growing their other brands to a tier 1 casino in selected markets. It also proves that their strong B2B partnership will get the focus it deserves with prospering and empowering its services .
