Isle of Man Gambling Supervision Commission Launches a New B2B Software Supplier License
The Isle of Man Gambling Supervision Commission launched a new B2B software supplier license this week. The GSC’s objective with launching the new categorized licenses is to make the application process for businesses an easier one. It’s not mandatory for B2B software suppliers to operate in the Isle of Man but obtaining a new license will be beneficial.
The GVC will conduct a testing phase of the licensing process. They will also certify that all of the applicant’s games are tested meaning approved by the Isle of Man with all requirements being met before the license will be approved. The new B2B licenses will definitely open up a world of possibilities for operators, not only for the Isle of Man territory, but for other markets across the globe.
The Head of the eGaming sector with the GVC said that the new licensing process will save operators time with the games being pre-certified. The precertification will save operators money in the long run.
The Head of eGaming also said, “The new licence has been created to help streamline the processes for businesses by reducing the layers of compliance required as well as provide potential cost savings.”
