Grand Parker Casino Warning/BlacklistedCasino Players Please Be Warned, Grand Parker Casino is Now Blacklisted, Players Not Being Paid and Fraudulent Terms and Conditions

We received a complaint email from one of Grand Parker Casino’s players informing us that Grand Parker had failed to payout $7300. This is the email we received:

Message:
I have 7300 that I am attempting to cash out at this time. I have attempted and been denied my withdraw for 3000. They gave me a lame excuse regarding my limits of withdrawals for the month. I attempted to contact the casino for verification, but they said I could not speak with the finance department. I have emailed them on several occasions and they have not written me back. I am very frustrated at this point and I don’t know if I will be getting that money. I don’t know who to report this to. Can someone help me with this?

The casino does have cashout limits but they are very vague. Their terms just say that Grand Parker has a maximum cashout policy of $/€ 3,000 per withdrawal request but doesn’t say if this is weekly, monthly, yearly or whatever. If the player wins more than $/€ 3,000 the terms state,

“players must submit withdrawal requests, to receive their funds.”

Well for one thing, players no matter what, have to submit a request to withdrawal money from any online casino so this term is redundant. On top of this, Grand Parker Casino has one of the most ridiculous terms that we are seeing more and more of from online casinos that scam players out of their winnings. The term basically says if the casino doesn’t feel like they want to pay the player based on the players activity, then they don’t have to pay. Below are Grand Parker’s terms for withdrawal.

Please note that the minimum withdrawal amount is $/€ 100. The casino’s finance department may take up to 10 business days to approve player withdrawals. Upon approval of the withdrawal, the player will receive notification via email.

Additionally, Grand Parker maintains a maximum cashout policy $/€ 3,000per withdrawal request. In cases where players’ winnings exceed the maximum cashout, players must submit withdrawal requests, to receive their funds.

All withdrawal requests are subject to be reviewed and approved by the casino. The approval of the withdrawal request is subject to a set of standards such as player status and activity.

Custom approval: Based on player status such as a VIP player, all withdrawals requested will be reviewed, approved or denied within 6 business days of the request being made.

Standard approval: All withdrawals requested will be reviewed, approved or denied within 10 business days of the request being made.

Based on that “activity” approval alone is reason enough for us to Blacklist Grand Parker Casino.

 

So with the casino’s policy of choosing who they would like to pay and would not like to pay, along with this disturbing lack of communication from the casino regarding this players payout, we are warning all our website visitors to avoid Grand Parker Casino along with their sister casinos which have the exact same withdrawal policies.     Having checked your account I see that you only made one deposit with us on 4/14/2015 and never deposited ever since also you haven’t placed a single bet in the past 2 weeks.
    The casino policy is to give priority to regular customers so if you carry on playing and depositing with us the amounts of installments will get higher and your requests will be processed much faster as well.

    I won $375 with them. They tell me that I have won only $50 and that I will have to pay another $50 before I can request a withdrawal.

  3. royal ace is a scam I had 900 dollors with them and went to cashout and had 100 in account they said I hadn’t been member long enuff and even thoug I played threw my playtroug money with bonus and met all requirments they couldn’t give me what I won STAY AWAY THEY ARE A SCAM
