The Malta Gaming Authority cancels Neptune Entertainment Limited’s Gaming License
The Malta Gaming Authority announced Neptune Entertainment Limited’s gaming license is cancelled effective immediately. The MGA didn’t specify the reasoning behind the cancelation but did make it public that Neptune Entertainment is to proceed with the authorities’ cancellation process of the original authorization for all associated websites and names used under the license.
The operator was also ordered to stop all gaming operations across all entities and, or websites, gaming related. The MGA will also be posting the cancellation notice on all websites informing players that the gaming license is no longer in effect, or active, and to proceed with caution with no regulatory backing.
The MGA is also requesting that any and all websites that is operated by Neptune Entertainment Limited, and all that is associated with the company in any way, is not and has not been approved to be operational by the regulator.
The Malta Gaming Authority is asking players who are owed a balance of either a pending withdrawal from a Neptune Entertainment associated site, or with a standing bank balance, is asked to contact the MGA for further instructions to receive payment as soon as possible.
