NetEnt has been granted a permanent Casino Service Industry Enterprise license from the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement (NJDGE).
Great news for Net Entertainment! The top leading gaming provider received their permanent Casino Service Industry Enterprise license from the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement this week. Net Entertainment has been operating in the golden state with what is known as a transactional waiver since 2015. NetEnt applied for a Casino Service Industry Enterprise license through its subsidiary, NetEnt Americas LLC 3 years ago.
They were issued the transactional waiver by the Division of Gaming Enforcement which gave them the approval to supply its online games across the state while they applied for a permanent license and waited for the process of the application to complete. This is a huge milestone for the gaming provider. Their goal was to expand their footprint across the US market, and they have done so.
NetEnt’s Managing Director for NetEnt Americas LLC said the company is very pleased with receiving its first permanent online gaming license in the country. He said “We have been present in New Jersey since 2015 and have supported the regulator throughout the licensing process. The license marks yet another step in our US expansion.”
