Wind Creek Casino Bingo Player in Alabama Loses Millionaire Jackpot After Malfunction

Over seven years ago what should have been a big celebration has turned out to be a big disappointment for Jerry Rape. The loyal bingo player was playing an electronic bingo machine at the Wind Creek Casino Resort in Alabama when he thought he had won a massive jackpot.

Jerry Rape sought out legal aid with the Alabama courts have ruled their final decision saying the player has no legal ground for the claim.

Twenty-four hours after the Jerry Rape thought he won the jackpot the casino manager notified the winner that there was no jackpot won the machine malfunctioned. Casino management didn’t beat around the bush they were straightforward with their answer saying he wouldn’t be receiving a single penny.

Of course, after the casino delivered Mr. Rape the bad news he would do what he had to do to try and get his win. Mr. Rape took the case to the Poarch Band of Creek Indians, but was surprised with their response; the tribal operator was safe against lawsuits. So, of course Mr. Rape took the case to a higher court, Alabama’s state court. All in all, the case took seven years to resolve with the end result not being what Mr. Rape had hoped for.
