In more Full Tilt Poker news, the once affiliated Pokerstrategy website has filed a lawsuit against the once striving poker room’s marketing company Pocket Kings for an unpaid sum US$1.2m.

Pokerstrategy claims that it is owed the aforementioned sum under terms of an agreement signed before Full Tilt Poker was shut down following the infamous Black Friday case.

Dominik Kofert, Pokerstrategy chief executive, told eGR: “We only filed the claim this week as we did not want to stand in the way of Full Tilt Poker reaching an agreement with the DoJ to return missing funds to the affected poker players.

Pokerstrategy claims that it had provided Full Tilt Poker with approximately 30,000 of the poker rooms non us based players before the DoJ closed Full Tilt Poker on Black Friday.
