Caesars Entertainment Appoints a New Chief Marketing Officer as Ruben Sigala Steps Into Position
Ruben Sigala is the new Chief Marketing Officer for Caesars Entertainment. President and Chief Executive for Caesars Entertainment, Mark Frissora commented on the appointment of the new CMO saying,
“During his 11-year career with the company, Ruben Sigala has led Analytics, Pricing, Yield and Revenue Management functions, and launched customer segmentation, big data and performance management platforms which have played key roles in our recent operational accomplishments. As interim CMO, Ruben has demonstrated the critical leadership and executions skills necessary to lead our marketing teams’ pivotal role in our long-term success, and to collaborate effectively with our property and corporate leadership teams as we prepare to emerge from the CEOC bankruptcy process.”
Sigala has been acting as an interim since May 2016. He was a Chief Analytics before joining Caesars back in 2005. He was also a Consultant for Ernst and Young’s National Cash Management Practice. Sigala was a Rhodes Scholarship nomination while attending the University of Kansas. He also obtained a MBA from Harvard Business School.
The advancement with Sigala’s position is contingent on getting final regulatory approval. Caesars Entertainment Corp. is one of the biggest diversified casino entertainment groups in the world. They have three entities that are wholly owned by the Group.
