Just in, Scientific Games announced an agreement deal has been met to acquire NYX Gaming Group for CAD$775 million. The definitive agreement details Scientific Games will further its strategic strengthening position in the industry with being able to provide its global gaming and lottery customers with the broadest of content, digital products and technologies.
Terms of the agreement deal, Scientific Games will purchase all outstanding ordinary shares for CAD$2.40, a value of US$631 million. Creating a Global Digital Gaming and Lottery Powerhouse, Accelerating Growth of Scientific’s Interactive Business sector and Transaction Accretive to Earnings and Cash Flow in the First Year are just some of the strategic benefits of the acquirement.
