Two Accounts One Household. Just Don't Do It!!!

Post by Rick Norris » Mon Aug 13, 2018 7:39 pm

Today we received a complaint about a player not getting paid from an RTG casino she was playing at. She said when she tried to withdrawal her money they refused on the basis of the term that states;
3.2 Single Account Access. You are permitted to open only one (1) Account. Only one account is allowed per household. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are subject to immediate closure and we reserve the right to seize any funds gained as a result of holding multiple accounts. Furthermore you shall not permit another person to access the Website or Software via your account without the express permission of the casino.

This is the players complaint...
Complaint:
I placed a deposit of $1,000 from my boyfriend's credit card (who I currently stay with). I won up $6,458. Now I'm trying to withdraw the money, they refused to do so. They asked for card verification agreement; I've sent my Government ID, my boyfriend's ID, my boyfriend's Credit card (front and back) and a letter from my boyfriend saying that he authorized me to use his credit card, as requested. Also, I've a screenshot from the online chat customer service stating that once I send these info, I will be able to get paid out. Now, they have disabled my account saying that I can't have an account when my boyfriend has an account already with them. They refused to send me the money! Basically, when I win, they refuse to send me money. To me, this is not a legit website and I need a resolution ASAP please. Thank you!
The player then stated in a separate email...
We do NOT live together. My address on my license is different and I have all proofs to where I live now. I'm only spending some vacation time with my bf now at his house.
Unfortunately (and as bad as we feel for this player's loss), even playing on a separate account while visiting someone that has an account at the same casino can lead to this kind of decision with online casinos. Casinos record IP addresses. If you are found to be playing from the same IP as someone else, you will probably have your account closed and winnings confiscated when you try and cash out.

Just some friendly words of warning. Don't do it!!!

Another example of what happens when you have two accounts in the same household...
I have a problem with Wazamba Casino. My username is ***** and I used this email address ***@freemail.hu to registered there. Yesterday my girlfriend registered here also made 2 deposits she lost and she gave up, but I have seen the potencial in the game she played. So I registered too, but we never claimed any bonus or promotions. So I deposited 5-6 times a total amount of 1220000 HUF (3738,47) I lost 860000 HUf ( 2635,31 EUR)then I made my last deposit of 360000 HUF (1103,15 EUR) I manage to get an 1200X on the max bet of 2000 HUF ( 6,13 EUR) so my balance was 2600000 HUF (7967,22 EUR). I tried to make a withdrawal of 100000 HUF (306,43 EUR) because they have a max limit of 200000 HUF (612,86 EUR) every day. Then they closed my account first they said You are trying to log in to the account which is closed upon your request I never had any request. Then today they are saying I breached their terms and conditions. Because me and my girlfriend have an account too. But we never accept any bonus and because she has her own money and I have mine too, we always do separate registrations, we gambling like 8-9 years registered more than 50 casinos and never had any issue with we both have accounts on the same casino. After they closed my account they said that they will give me my last deposit 360000 HUf (1103,40) that is around 25% of my total deposits and also keep my winnings too. I already made a complaint with Askgamblers because I always check their site before we register somewhere and Wazamba has an 8,9 out of 10 ratings.I hope you can sort out this issue, because I am pissed of. If they do not allow to register with 2 accounts on the same address they should warn me before the registration finished or prevent me to register and say like you already have an account registered with the same address. But they accept my deposits knowing they will win either way, if I lose they keep my money, if I win they can close my account and keep most of my money. I guess they thought I will lose and no one will notice this. But I won quite a lot so they played this unfair card. If you cannot help me please inform me what can I do to get my money back? Should I write to the gambling commision? Big Thanks for the help. I can send evidence I made screenshot of everything. If you need them I'll send them to you.
Best Regards,
A***
