Black Diamond Casino – Resolved
The player tried to use their Visa to deposit $500 on 1/30/15. The casino showed it was declined and the explanation showed that it was an internal error. The player then used their MasterCard and the deposit went through fine. The next day the players Visa was charged for $499.95. We contacted Black Diamond Casino and the money was refunded in full to the player’s VISA. This was confirmed by the player.
