I registered on Cleopatra casino on 12th of September, and on the next day, 13th of September I deposited 110 eur from my skrill account and received 110 eur of bonus funds.
I have been playing various slots and was betting 4-5 euros in order to not break the rules of the max. 5 eur bet because I respect terms and conditions of the site. I had been playing for 1 day and won a total of 1400 eur after successfully completing wagering requirements. After I requested withdrawal, I was asked to submit several documents, including photo of ID, proof of address, screenshot of skrill account, and a selfie in front of the monitor on which my Cleopatra account can be seen.
I’ve sent all of the documents that were mentioned above and casino`s support stated that everything is fine and no further verification’s are necessary. After 2 days I received a message from casino`s management that all of my winning are confiscated and that my account will be blocked after I withdraw my first deposit. Without stating any definite reason, my winnings in the amount of 1290 eur were confiscated.
I would like your assistance with the current case, if required, I have several screenshots of my chat transcripts, which include the list of documents that were required and a successful deposit and withdrawal of my first deposit as well as the message regarding my account closure I would be eternally grateful if you could help me with the matter in question.

This casino is really bullshit it ok for me to deposit and when I withdraw as little as 300….. they all give me hard time for my old bank card ? So I ask them why they want my old bank card picture for ? When I already update my new bank card …. I also send them picture of myself holding my driver license….. they still not let withdraw ? So I ask them can I withdraw to my neosurf account ? It say it instant if I withdraw to neosurf…. so I requested a withdraw to neosurf account … they said I can not do that option I have to withdraw to bank account … which is the minimum 500…. but I only have 300 withdraw …. so they don’t wanna pay out… they just want player to keep deposit and can’t withdraw this is my experience from this casino… and I been losing thousands to them… if I have their number I would call them to swear at them…
