Player’s complaint…

I was told by http://www.jackpotcapital.eu/ that it would take no more than 48 hours to verify my documents so i would be able to withdraw my winnings. It has been longer than 48 hours now and i contacted the live support and they told me it will take 48 business hours and I told them their business runs 24/7 as it is an online casino. The live support staff told me to wait untill Monday and today is Friday the 8th i originally sent my documents Wednesday the 6th. I told the live support staff i would submit a complaint on this website and they told me there is no need for that however i disagree and feel like i am being put on hold because i won my winnings with only a $10 no deposit welcome chip.

Player was a bit impatient with the 48 hours. We asked the player to give it a little more time and now the player has been paid and all is fine.
