My payout request for $1450 was processed on March 29th. I have followed up every few weeks and been told multiple times that RealBet was waiting on tracking numbers from a third party. I was told today that the tracking numbers will be provided by July 15th, although I’ve been told similar things before. I also had issues verifying my identity before processing the payout; RealBet customer service claimed they never received my verification documents despite multiple emails from me. I probably spent 3 weeks on the phone and sending emails before they finally said they had the documents; now I have to wait for these tracking numbers.
