Slots Garden is now Blacklisted – Too Many Complaints of Non-Payouts

Player filed a complaint with us about Slotsgarden.com not paying him his winnings of $1475.

Complaint Message:

requested 1525 on 9/1 ..expect 50 sticky removed. Was approved for 1475 on 9/13. Live chat doesn’t work left numerous emails and voice mails..told them today via VM that if I didn’t hear from them I would take other action. Glad I have the opportunity here. Meanwhile, their “sister” Casinos are listed as top performers on this site.

We tried to contact the casino and the player is correct in saying none of there support options are available. Or at least they do not reply. We have no choice at this time but to issue a warning to our website visitors to avoid Slots Garden Casino. Not just for the payout issue but for not having any support at all. If you choose to deposit at this casino we cannot help you in any way.

    I’ve been trying to withdraw since February, I sent the information they asked me for but my claim got denied. Sent a payout request again now they don’t answer emails, when I chat with them they tell me something diffrent eveytime..Now they are asking me for copies of my credit cards in order to withdrawl. I don’t even think that is legal.

Plus they want copies of literally all my identification, debit card, a bill, they can literally steal my identity at the the same time they burn me for my payout.     I requested first payout of $900 on 10/27/16 and sent all required forms- after 25 + calls and live chats I received email on 1/7/17 finally saying approved but still no payout on in (was approved to pay $846). I also requested $1000 pay out on 1/17 (to close account for all but 19 cents and still have nothing on it. Their site says 7-14 days for payout. . I am waiting over 3 months now and nothing. . they were able to take my deposits same day though.

    Slots Garden Casino owes me 16k in pay outs! I have been disconnected via chat and my emails are now blocked after sending documentation several times. I have been waiting 24 days for the “10 day approval” timeframe.. What can I do to aid in the withdrawal process??!!

  6. Hi, I won a random jackpot in June, after some time of paperwork not being correct I finally got an email saying everything was ok. I received a payment in October 19 and November, after numerous times of contacting them I was told it was approved 12th December and will be paid 10 working days after. I made contact on 9th day they said they still had one day left to pay. I then contacted them the week after where they then said I needed to confirm bank details. I ended up doing it to then make contact a few days later I was told by a payout specialist they had that many payouts and when they get to mine he would let me know. I have just gone to login in and I couldn’t sign in, I went on live chat to be told I have been blocked and my payout has been cancelled due to a problem they found but could not tell me why. I received 2 payments with 3 still owing to me $6250 AU $. This is not right, who do I go to and how can I get my money please

I had a big win. I then withdraw the winnings. I was denied my winning because a mistake in their casino system.   8. Slots garden is the biggest load of crap i have come across in South Africa . They are quick to take your deposit but as soon as you win something that is where it stops . I won R 20 000.00 and have been waiting almost 3 moths with no avail and empty promises. How can i get these idiots black listed in south africa ?
