Cleopatras Palace Casino has been added to our casino blacklist for scamming players out of their money and we are warning all players to avoid this casino.

One of our forum members brought to our attention the “lack” of attention from CPC customer support:

IT IS REAL HARD TO COLLECT FROM THIS CASINO. THEY OWE ME $2,900. THEY ARE TELLING ME THAT THERE TOO BUSY TO PAY ME NOW. THERE NEVER TOO BUSY TO TAKE MY MONEY. I HAVE BEEN PUTTING MONEY INTO THIS CASINO EVERY SINGLE DAY. I’M VERY UPSET RIGHT NOW. I NEEDED THAT CHECK …………….XOXJOYCE

We have tried several times to contact Cleopatras Palace Casino about this issue but as of today no rep has responded to our inquiries. To make matters worse this forum member has now posted this follow-up:

MARCH 4 UPDATE
THEY WONT TALK TO ME ON THE PHONE NOW. WHEN I GIVE MY NAME,THEY SAY “WE GOT A BAD CONNECTION AND THEY WILL CALL ME BACK” THEY NEVER CALL.

With this and the MANY other complaints we have received we are posting this warning and we have added Cleopatra’s Palace Casino to our Blacklisted Online Casinos page.

  1. I cashed out for $300 on 09-24-10. It was listed as approved on October 04, 2010. After a couple of weeks I called to see if it has been mailed yet.
    They kept telling me “not yet” It has been 34 days
    and it still has not been mailed. They just keep telling me they are working to speed up there payment process.

  2. We just received another complaint about a non payout issue with Cleopatra’s Palace. Avoid this casino!!!…

    I won the random jackpot of over $4,000 about an hour ago on Enchanted Garden at Cleopatra’s Place casino. The only option I have to cash out is ewalletexpress.com…which has been shut down since Nov. 2010. NO ONE will pick up in customer service and the online chat guy keeps telling me he can’t help me and that I have to contact the credit department by email as they have NO PHONE NUMBER! What credit department have no phone number? He tells me that he has no information. I have literally been on hold for over 45 minutes to speak with a human being and again, the online chat guy “Burnz” tells me I’m wasting my time as they won’t have any information either. I’m so pissed! They owe me $4,114.19. I have done print screens of my balance after the random jackpot award as well as copying and pasting ALL of my chats with the useless people in online chat. BEWARE!!!

  3. This Casino is a total ripoff. A couple of weeks ago they “Upgraded their servers” and since then I have been unable to access my account which still had about $400 in it. I have emailed support many times and they always say that they will get back to me in 24hrs. When they do reply to my email its just total BS. Live and learn.

I won $2000 at Cleopatras and Admin I am going through the same thing as you they are processing my information I scanned and email to them which I was skeptical about sending but I wanted my moneyso I sent it anyway. I sent the detail to the FBI for assistance because no phone calls just wait and why does it take so long even with everthing being electronic

  5. I deposited a total of $135.00 into this casino. I won and had a balance of $500 which I tried to withdrawal on May 25th, 2011. All I hear back is that a representative will contact me in 24hrs. What a joke. I haven’t heard from them yet. I even email support and credit telling them to just send back my original deposit. Still waiting to hear from them. I think it is a lost cause. AVOID THIS CASINO!!!!!!

  6. Well I won 400.00 and now i can’t log in and can’t find a phone number to contact them for my withdrawl, Ive been playing there for over a year and this is the way pay you back NOT !!!!
