Grand Reef Casino and their two sister casinos (Indio Casino and African Palace) have now been blacklisted. They are refusing to answer player complaints about non payouts and no longer respond to our emails.

Their website is showing that Grand Reef Casino is owned and operated by Rand Logic Gaming NV, that is incorporated, licensed, and regulated by the Government of Curacao.

Other watchdog websites around the internet have blacklisted Grand Reef Casino for non payouts to players among other issues.

Below is the latest complaint we received that has gone unanswered by Grand Reef.

Complaint:
I am very concerned. I have been a player at grand reef casino for many years and I am a VIP. A couple of weeks ago none of the games worked and the online customer support was down. Anytime i tried to play a game it said the servers were down. I have tried emailing every contact support given by Grand Reef and after a week received one reply saying they were changing severs. I asked what happens to my current credit of over $94 and when will my pending of withdrawal of $2600 be paid out to me and have since received no reply. I can log into the casino but that is all i can do. They said they were leaving playtech do you have any information at all about this casino please I just want my money back.

  1. I submitted a withdrawal on 2nd May 2018 for NZD $3500. I was getting false promises for 2 months until all went radio silent, I then found out that they had closed down to upgrade systems, games and processes. During the time I was promised it qould be sorted when up and running again. The casino is now up and running again, and are claiming that all previous balances have been wiped due to the migration, and are starting fresh, due to being under new management. Even though I have screenshots of my withdrawal and conversations where I was promised it would be sorted. Please help me get this sorted.

Hi Rick, I did look and seen GRC was on the blacklist but thought they had a change of admin etc. Anyway if you can help they haven’t processed my $900 for withdrawal from 12 days ago after complying with everything needed. I Get the run around on live chat although they are nice and say we will escalate it for you I get no response from email either. If you could help this would be great. Just a battler intilted to what I won. I mean happy to take my coin instantly through deposit but not keen to give back. Cheers Scott

Hi, I have a account with Grand Reef casino and it has been 3 over months waiting for requested withdrawals to be processed,I have been told many lies and I’m not being told when I’ll get it if ever,Now i go to ask as I have too many times and they either don’t respond or shut down chat support ,
    How can these people get away with there fraudulent activities not paying winnings and lying to players.

  4. Hi, on 08/07/2019 I withdrew $1000. Shortly after i made the request, I was sent a confirmation email stating that my payment will be made in 3 – 5 working days. 1 week later nothing. I contacted online support and asked why I had not received my payment. They apologised for the delay and said they were still get used to the software, but assured me that my money was on its way. another week passes, we have escalated and you should receive your winnings. week after week after week, nothing. it is now 10/10/2019 over 3 months and no payment has been made. please if you are reading this, never ever play grandreef casino. I wish I had known this, before I played
