We receive complaints almost on a daily basis about SCR888 casinos that are scamming players out of their winnings. These casinos go under many names, but they almost always have the SCR888 name somewhere on their pages. The casinos mainly target Asian players from Taiwan, Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines etc. but they are in most every market (accept the US).

Casino Players Report highly recommends Slots Million Casino for players in most Asian countries.
There are too many of these casinos to list and they keep popping out more on what appears to be a monthly basis.
The below listings are just a few, but you can see by their website design, some (but not all) SCR888 casinos feature Asian women pictured in the Live Chat box that will pop up in the lower right corner asking if you would like or need any help. Players can also recognize these casinos by their banking options (usually located at the bottom of the website).
Included banks are:
Hong Leong Bank
There is nothing we can do to help you if you play at these casinos. SCR888 casinos will not reply to any of our player complaints.
We urge players to NOT play at these casinos. All SCR888 related casinos are now blacklisted.
These are just a sample. There are too many to list.

Yesterday, on June 27, 2021 I made a deposit of $400 USD and was credited $40. Before this deposit was made, I wanted to confirm via livechat the deposit requirements for this bonus and an associate I was transferred to in the 888Sports department answered my inquiry. He informed me I had to bet 5x the bonus amount which was confirmed to be $200. I made that bet amount plus more and still was unable to withdraw my bonus. I have a screenshot of the conversation below. I was then informed in the livechat that this chat conversation does not exist. So there is something very fraudulent going on here.
I have made several formal complaints and will be voicing my concerns to the Better Business Bureau, The Attorney General’s office, the SEC, RCMP and anyone else that I can share my terrible experience with. Attached is the screenshot of the chat I had. This is clear misinformation according to the outcome I received. 888Poker is unwilling to investigate my claims.
I will also be seeking legal aid to fight this in court.
