They should’ve named Slot Madness Slot “Maddening” because that’s what players experience when they try to cash out their winnings at this casino.
A player recently contacted us about getting the run-around with SlotMadness.com casino when he tried to collect his winnings of $605US. Not a huge sum of money but still a very nice payout. Well it turns out that Slots Madness and their sister casinos (Silver Oak, Planet 7 and Royal Ace) have a long history of making excuses when it comes to paying their players no matter how large or small the payout request is https://www.casinoplayersreport.com/avoid-slotmadness-online-casino-scam/
The player that contacted us requested his payout on 4/18/13 for $605US. He received a couple of payouts after an extended wait, but nothing even close to the 3 months that this has now taken. He was finally told by support that if he gave them a credit card connected to a checking account they would load that within 72 hours with his winnings, but when he inquired further he received no response from the casino. He stated to us that it is just never ending excuses. He’s been told repeatedly they are waiting for a tracking number. Since giving them his debit card info, they are back to telling him he will receive a check and he’s still waiting for the ever elusive tracking number on that.
We’ve heard this same story time and time again from this casino group and others (Virtual Group). We urge players to avoid playing at Slots Madness and their sister casinos listed above.
If you are in the U.S. and are looking for a casino that has fast payouts look no further than Bovada or Las Vegas USA. You will never have an issue with any of them regarding a payout or anything else for that matter.
Play safe people!

There are also reports online from various other players of winnings being withheld from Planet 7, payments that are well over a month due, sister casino to Slot Madness. Thanks Rick for the post, and I will keep everyone posted on any further issues players are having with Planet 7 as well.
I was just contacted today by the player at Planet 7 Casino and she finally got her check after a two month waiting period. No word yet on whether the check was actually cashable. The same player is still waiting on her withdrawals from Royal Ace Casino.
I mentioned in my intro how I got screwed by Silver Oak so it comes as no surprise that Slot Madness is a rip-off also. Same group.

My payout was denied then approved and then denied again! I hit a jackpot of $10,000 requested my payouts and then spent $2500 with a $7,500 payout remaining. Please see the email below that I sent to Slot Madness. I have not received a response at this time.
I have been in contact through your chat system in regards to a pending withdrawal. I have included the entire chat below but in summary: I had a withdrawl pending of $7,500. I was told the withdrawal was denied due to the use of mixed funds. I know this was not the case as I puposely zero out my account after each deposit.
Blake checked into this and said Blake: I will escalate this to my manager to take a close look at this case, as you may well be right, Please contact us back in a couple of days and we will have a resolution for you Manager reviewed and pulled back the previous refund of my deposit. Then I had a chat with Rich who confirmed that mixed funds were not used Rich: Rich: I have crossed check and your documents have been received. Processing is under way for you. cingerard: Can you confirm that my withdrawals are approved? Rich: Please allow about 7 business days and I apologize for the delay. cingerard: Can you at least confirm that I did not use mixed funds as I know I did not. Rich: The withdrawal has been approved. No mixed funds associated. Then I was told to check back chatted with Gilson, he told me my account was under review. Gilson: your case is under review of the withdrawal department, please give us 24/48 hours to give you a response Contacted back later and chatted with Rich again, Rich: It has been approved and under processing. cingerard: So does that mean I will be getting the pay out for sure? Rich: Yes you will get paid. cingerard: Will I be notified of tracking or do I need to contact you again? Rich: You will receive an email when the money is sent. Then I had a chat with John who was absolutely of no assistance and said that I had no pending withdrawals.
I am currently having a issue with my withdraw at Slotmadness, in amount of $2300.
I have been a loyal customer for years, my withdraws have always been very slow, sometimes up to 6 months before i received anything, however now I am being told they no longer do business with my bank and I need a whole different bank for it to be sent, they sent a list of banks of which they say they deal with the problem is those banks are nowhere near me nor have I heard of them…ugh,,!!!
Is there another option to have it sent to me.. I’ve ask but get no answer
Any player that still plays at a casino that takes 6 months for a payout should have their head examined. Get your money and find a better casino.
