PLANET 7 CASINO KEEPS SAYING WATCH FOR THE EMAIL WITH THE TRACKING NUMBER. I HAVE BEEN HEARING THIS FOR THREE WEEKS NOW ITS BEEN 48 DAYS.

THEY ALSO SAID THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHEN THE SECOND CHECK WILL BE SENT IT WAS MANAGER APPROVED IN NOVEMBER ANY HELP YOU CAN GIVE ME WOULD BE APPRECIATED

They are claiming they paid the first withdrawal on November 29th I have never received the tracking number or the check. I was told to send an email to payments and I have done so 3 times asking for an acknowledgement.

Planet 7 keeps stating someone is looking into it but nothing is ever received.

I also sent an email to the manager email asking them to look into it nothing they wont even talk about the second withdrawal

As players can see the casino and it’s managers are refusing to even respond to the players requests for payment.

I guess I didn’t learn the first time. After waiting over three months to get paid with my first withdrawal planet 7 casino is at it again.

As an incentive they award players seven free spins for mobile users and desktop users when you make a deposit. Sounds pretty good right? Wrong. I have now become unable to collect this bonus because I was called a “consistent winner”. Apparently this bonus is only for people who lose and can’t win at anything. Doesn’t seem fair. I guess the message is they don’t want me playing in their online casino.

They still owe me $300 for withdrawal requests since the beginning of August. I wonder if I will ever see those.

    I have been waiting for two with drawls that were approved on November 11th from Planet 7.. I have not received them yet and this is December 27th. I keep getting a run around every two weeks they tell me to wait another couple of weeks I’m getting sick of this! The with drawls come to $937.00.     Very frustrated with this casino – I have been playing for several years, deposited 1000s and 1000s of dollars but never really tried to withdrawal anything until a few months ago- after going through a lengthy process of finally get my documents up to date and approved they finally approved my three withdrawals (10/06/16 for the first date-after waiting forever for that to happen) and I still have not received any payments!     First they told me that I needed to fill out an authorization for , copy of my ID and a picture of the card I used. I did all that and then they tell me that because it was bonus play credit I used. I told them that credit was used along time ago I had deposited $80 of my own money . Then more then two months passes and I try longing into my account but it gave me an error message of wrong password. Ok I reset it sends me a link I follow directions wrote the temp password and had successfully reset the password . Right after it tells me again wrong password . I did this like five times. Kept emailing my complaints and finally live chatted and now they wanted a bill sent along with prior author form ID the picture of the card I used with proof of address from a bill.     I had deposited money into Planet 7 .com and won 1634.79. Since winning the money, this online site has done anything and everything to delay and/or not pay me. I had to write to them first asking about my winnings, on which they informed me of the paperwork I had to fill out. I completed all the paperwork needed and had received an email on March 24th stating that my withdraw was APPROVED and I could expect my check within 10-20 days. I am still waiting for my winnings and have contacted them several times in the interim to no avail. I most recently received a response to an online inquiry stating that due to my location, they were not able to send a check to me…what the hell is that? Another sneaky way of not giving me my money. I received the written approval from the casino and was told on 1/3/17 I would receive in about 20 business days. I have never received and have spoken, sent emails and left messages inquiring as to when I would receive it. I have numerous emails that state it is escalated, they are working on it and so on. I have been very accepting and polite in my inquires because each time I am told it will go out in about 7 days, but never happened. Finally today, when I was on live chat, I was informed that I could not cash out due to wagering requirements, when it was advertised as having “no play-through requirements”. In order to cash out, I only needed to play the extra $100 bonus and have a minimum of $100 in my account, which I did. In the end, I was told I needed to play through an extra $159 so I needed $259 in order to cash out. I decided to cut my losses and continue playing on. As soon as I placed a bet however, I was immediately logged out and when I attempted to log back in, I was met with an error – “you are not allowed to log in, please contact customer support”. I contacted live support and was notified my access to the casino had been revoked at their discretion without any explanation as to why and the person immediately left the chat. I tried again with 3 more customer support people and was met with the same automated message and immediate termination of chat. I had not done anything wrong, nor have I had my money reimbursed. I have sent Planet7Oz multiple emails over the last 3 weeks, in regards to cashing out, having my documents verified and again today in relation to this issue. I am always met with the same automated email “you will receive a response within 2 business days”, yet this has not been the case. One month passed, not another word. I reached out again via live chat.   71. On May 11, 2019 we submitted three request to planet seven totaling $5000 the first request was an express request which should have allowed us to get the money faster. It was in the amount of $750, minus the bonus which made it $666. The second request was for the amount of $2,250 and the third was in the amount of $2000.
    Over the course of the following weeks We submitted all of the requested information repeatedly, to include a third-party app called HooYu- that I also submitted my personal information.
    beginning on May 11 and that was the first day that information was sent and you were to email. On May 13 we received a request for two years and submitted the same documents. On May 22 we attempted to find out information through chat and were told that we needed to send our documents and if they would escalate the information after we prove that we had sent a document that supposedly couldn’t be found. On 5/23 just because, we recent documents plus an additional two letters. This totals of four emails with all of the same documents being sent as well as HooYu.
    On June 4 and we attempted to chat again to find out the status of the withdrawal request and of course they said that we needed to send the documents at this point we called the IP and spoke with a gentleman to verify the information and we sent another document including a hand written statement about a card that was lost and replaced.
    On June 5 we receive notification that the documents were all approved and we were now waiting for finance.
    On June 7 we received information that the account has been verified and validated. On June 10 the first request was approved in the amount of $666. On June 18 through chat, inquiring about the status of the withdrawal we were informed and business days after their documents are approved and 10 business days after finance gets it it would be released and then we were also our banking information was requested again and was given again.
    On June 21 we still there is still no money and we sent four emails that were never responded to each with their own number and also on June 20 the second request for 2250 was approved.
    At this point , in chat – inquiring about status- a current drivers license was requested.
    They had the current drivers license which was not set to expire until July 17, 2019 because it is a CDL but at this point it was still current.
    On July 7 we had in there was another chat inquiring about the status of the already approved with drawl request in a conversation with had about feeling is that they were holding the money hostage and on July 17, the third and final request was approved in the amount of $2000.
    A copy of the document given to you by the Arizona DMV that you have submitted a request for a new drivers license has been issued because they mail them you get a temporary license. Once the real license had been received a copy of that also had been mailed and that was on or about it 21 July. At which time we were told 10 more days all three with drawl request of been approved and we had still not seen a payout.
    On August 13 logging into planet seven revealed to us that there had been a redeposit requested on the account does $4916 was re-submitted into the player account and we did not request it and it was of course approved. Setting us back to square one. On August 26 we resubmitted the withdrawal requests. This time the requests were for $2000 and $2500.
    On September 10 $2500 was approved.
    Still no deposit have been made.

I come to log on tonight and all of a sudden my account has been closed and I’m wandering what had happened to my money, and why my account was closed. I’ve done everything they asked me to do and so confused. Help me?

  80. I started playing with planet 7 since around the 13th of February 2020 and I did a few deposit and at fist I didn’t know how to handle my bonus. So I did a live chat because I don’t was trying to withdraw my money when I reached 159. But they told me I couldn’t withdraw my money until I get zero balance. On the 16th of February my account was 179 was trying to withdraw didn’t have all all the bank information.called them 7 time on live chat before I got a supervisor Mark Gomez he said the something got mixed up with my free bonus and my $30 bonus so now I know they trying to play me. I told them I was going to report them to the BBB and the Gambling board. They took my $30 and told me I can get it back later once I go down to zero balance and then when I spoke with the 3rd representative I had over 209.75 and they took another $30 dollars from me when I said I wanted a refund they told me they couldn’t do that and I had to basically give them my life story. To get it back and 20 minutes came back to the site and was locked out got a email saying that I was no longer a player and can’t be reverse plan and simple.

  81. I made a deposit with Bitcoin to Planet 7 casino on 2/25/2020. I played through the bonus and received a “yay it’s your first withdrawal …” so I requested withdrawal of my winnings 248.00. I had deposited approx 35.00, received bonus and actually played through it, so amount allowed to withdraw was what I had in balance. In other casino with bitcoin it’s I. And out no problem. I’ve contacted or attempted to through email. Chat, message, every dept. they ask for update ID I gave to them. They ask for my bitcoin address I gave to them. Many user name everything that I could possibly drag out if each chat session and one email that I finally got reply from. One email they had me send updated IS to was a spam email! So they never have got back to me I’ve sent documents to document sept. Bitcoin address to finance, everything it’s cost me more time and mental anguish than any winnings. It’s super frustrating, especially because it’s bitcoin, that’s the point of using bitcoin ya know? Can you please help. I’ve checked old emails and found I had this problem last year w same casino and never got back my bitcoin ended playing it and losing because i felt like it was too much trouble I did all I could . I’m not stopping this time and I’ll never play w them again, my friend had won w them , not bitcoin, but did eventually get her winnings she states it took about 4 months and too much back and forth.

  82. How can I get my 2000 dollars from planet 7. It has been 2 months and I asked for wire transfer thinking I would get a faster payment. They aproved my winnings and all documents have been accepted for payout but the told me that they dont do buisness with wells fargo so my only option is get another bank account I now have everything requested and they arnt returning my messages now and delaying the process if there really even is one

  84. I made a withdrawal on April 2, 2020 for $700. I inquired about it many times and finally they said they apologized and expedited it. I got to check my account today April 23, 2020 and they credited me $50 and claimed it was declined because of a bonus. Which is a lie I only played with my deposit no promo codes. I have all the emails and chat transcripts to prove it. They are nothing but a scam.

  86. Hi I had 2 withdrawals which took well over 2 weeks to be approved.
    Both were for $2500
    The first has been approved and i am still waiting on funds.
    The second i am now being told has been denied due to a “mixing of funds”. So they tell me that because i topped up my funds when my balance was still at $5 i have mixed funds and now it breaches the rules.
    Sounds like a loop hole they have used to scam me out of my winnings i am not only disappointed and hurt. but now in a position where i stupidly spent that money before receiving it. Its really unprofessional that it took 4 weeks of asking to get this answer, with no email or notification that this is why they cancelled the funds.
    Further, i didn’t take a bonus on the op up payment so does not seem like it should be an issues. just appears to be scam.

They claimed I had a vip marketing bonus that has a cashout of 1x whatever you win.. literally such a scam! Planet 7 takes your money, when you win and withdrawal it’s such a hard time to get paid when you do don’t expect a full payment they will most likely come up with any reason to not pay you the full amount or if not at all!! I learned my lesson people please stay away from planet 7 it’s nothing but a scam!! There are much better online casinos out there. Planet 7 is not one of them!!

I won last december 29 2020 . they gave me hard time back and fort . from identity proof of physicall they dont accept my w2 my payroll stub my 401k withdrawal which my physical address . after 3 months approved and wire to my bank but unfortunately my bank was closed due to fraudulent transactions . i changed the method of withdrawal from wire to mail . physical address became issue again . it was ressolve another issue a card ending number i forget the number was used feb 2020 after i made all the certification and not used from playing . now they email me that the checks they will issue have a many limitations and good for 30 days . i email them about there checks. i told them a check is a legal tender is one of negotiable instrument and any financial institutions either domestic or intentional is presented or deposited in counter ,atm and mobile must be accepted regardless of good,spurious fraudulent void or closed .

This time I won 9000.00 and I my withdrawal was requested on 7-17-21 and I still don’t have my winnings, I received one payment and everytime I talk to them I’m on the priority list or they need another piece of info….. I refuse to play there anymore…..

    • I am the same way now michelle I have had 2 withdraws pending since 8/27 and keep getting told there is no word on why they are not processed. I have played many other casinos online and had similar problems and now know I was scammed.

  93. I have been cheated out of my withdrawal too. I received a $20 bonus on Oct. 1st, 2021, won some money, but lost it all by the end of the first week of Oct. Made multiple deposits during the following 10 days and won over $2500. So decided to withdrawal $2,500 on Oct 17th, and I had all my paperwork already submitted, in order to receive the withdrawal. Waiting patiently, nothing was ever said to me, but I found out by myself that $2,400 of my withdrawal was voided because of the $20 bonus I received on Oct 1st. I was told that this $20 won the $2,500. That makes zero sense, I made many deposits in Oct. Plus using their logic, then why be allowed to make deposits, if the $20 deposit, is all the use towards the amount you can withdrawal.   94. I wish that I knew about this site before I started playing online. Planet 7 was my first online Casino. I will say this, my first impression was that they were a class act. I won $100 on the welcome bonus (Max Cash Out) I requested payout and did the KYC. I was then told that I needed to make a small deposit for verification purposes. I requested the payout and when it cleared off my account made the deposit with a 275% No Rules bonus. I had incredible luck that week, yes it took me a week to play the deposit. I built it up to over $600. I was stoked. I requested another payout and was told that I had to cancel the first one and then request the 2 back to back. That process took a couple of day because it was on a weekend. I played my balance down to $325. Come Monday I requested the payouts. It took about 3 weeks to receive the money via Bitcoin. I thought that was a bit long but the money arrived and I was happy.
    In September I got a birthday bonus and cleared the WR’s and requested the $50 max payout. OMG, I never worked so hard for 50 bucks. October came and went. I called twice a week that month, Monday and Friday. Mondays conversation went like this: I have requested an escalation and please check back in 2-3 business days. So Fridays conversation was: We are very busy with a lot of payout requests and we ask for your patience. I have put in an escalation request. Please check back in 2-3 business days. As we progressed through November my calls increased to M,W & F. Same circular conversation escalation can’t do anything else for 2-3 BDs. At this point when I start a chat the would automatically escalate and then cant do anything for 2-3 days. I finally requested to speak with a manager. that took 2 days to accomplish and only because I refused to leave chat until I talked with a manager. I was always polite, but insistent. I never gave then any hint of a reason to disconnect my chat session. The manager gave me the same runaround, escalate and wait. As December crawled in I started to chat every day, each time asking for manager, and telling then DO NOT ESCELATE!I think that they used that so they could shut me up for a week. I also started to suspect that when they escalate, the file is puled out of queue and placed in the back of the line. not the front. After 2 weeks of daily chats with managers and asking them to hand carry my file to a payouts manager. I was finally informed that my request was approved and I would be paid in a day. They paid me $35, They claimed it was a service charge for the small mount I requested. I was cooked to perfection and had no energy to pursue the matter any further. I don’t play there anymore.

    I’ve stuck under 10k in at punt but today I’m making my first withdraw. For $2500 the most you can at a time with coin draw. And for some unknown reason it’s not paying me. I been to there chat talked to a couple people there and they can’t figure it out. I have it all documented, pics of my withdraws and screen shots of chats.

    I know my terms and conditions and did not break one of them. So other words there screwing me as of now.

  97. Won $400 at Planet 7 and went to withdraw. Instead of the usual copying docs,etc. they have a site collecting the info called “hooyu”. Tried to upload copy of my credit card but would not accept it. Emailed them asking what I can do and NO REPLY! Tried again after a week. Took tons of pics and now they say “This link has expired or is invalid, “We are sorry, your request was not completed within 7 days and has expired. Please get in contact with Planet 7 to start a new request.” (still have to have a ‘liveness check” which is a “short motion capture” to prove your identity. Then you need to upload a pic and I don’t even know what else they are demanding. This is ridiculous!! They took my credit card quick enough..didn’t worry about my identity then now when I want a withdrawl they are stonewalling. Since they are in Costa Rica there is nothing legal I can do. I think ALL these online casinos are ripoffs so I won’t be visiting any of them…just going to save for a trip to Vegas…where when you win you actually get paid!
