Online Casino Complaints

Today we received a casino complaint about a player not getting paid from an RTG casino she was playing at. She said when she tried to withdrawal her money they refused on the basis of the term that states;

3.2 Single Account Access. You are permitted to open only one (1) Account. Only one account is allowed per household. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are subject to immediate closure and we reserve the right to seize any funds gained as a result of holding multiple accounts. Furthermore you shall not permit another person to access the Website or Software via your account without the express permission of the casino.

This is the players complaint…

Casino Complaint:
I placed a deposit of $1,000 from my boyfriend’s credit card (who I currently stay with). I won up $6,458. Now I’m trying to withdraw the money, they refused to do so. They asked for card verification agreement; I’ve sent my Government ID, my boyfriend’s ID, my boyfriend’s Credit card (front and back) and a letter from my boyfriend saying that he authorized me to use his credit card, as requested. Also, I’ve a screenshot from the online chat customer service stating that once I send these info, I will be able to get paid out. Now, they have disabled my account saying that I can’t have an account when my boyfriend has an account already with them. They refused to send me the money! Basically, when I win, they refuse to send me money. To me, this is not a legit website and I need a resolution ASAP please. Thank you!

The player then stated in a separate email…

We do NOT live together. My address on my license is different and I have all proofs to where I live now. I’m only spending some vacation time with my bf now at his house.

Unfortunately (and as bad as we feel for this player’s loss), even playing on a separate account while visiting someone that has an account at the same casino can lead to this kind of decision with online casinos. Casinos record IP addresses. If you are found to be playing from the same IP as someone else, you will probably have your account closed and winnings confiscated when you try and cash out.

Just some friendly words of warning. Don’t do it!!!
