We received this complaint from a player at last week. We have tried to contact the casino but all of our emails have gone unanswered.

Warning: If you decide to deposit money into your Can Play Casino account and you get ripped off, or feel that you’ve been ripped off,  there is nothing we can do to help due to their lack of response.

Player complaint:
I deposited using the echeque method and at the moment of deposit I didnt have funds in my bank account.The next day I deposited the funds in my bank account and the transaction went through.I made winnings of $15800 at the Canplay website and now they refusing to pay me my winnings.They stating that because I didn’t have the funds at moment of deposit it was fraud but they still took the $200 so how does this justify them forfeiting my winnings? Please help
