Complaint:
I played at Cherry Jackpot Casino on October 11, slots and won $7033. I made 6 deposits between $100 and $200 per time and I used the welcome bonus.
Then I sent my document per the casino request. The document was approved by Cherry Jackpot. The casino asked for a call but I was overseas and replied that I’ll call when I get back, they said not a problem. On Nov 8 I got this email.

Hi xxxxx,
We just wanted to get in touch with you as our Cashier Department have reviewed your withdrawal request, and they have deemed there has been a breach of our terms and as such the winnings have been void.

Before any withdrawal request can be processed the Player is required to make at least one successful deposit and present their identification documents (copy of government ID, proof of address, copies of any cards used).

Manipulating, falsifying, altering or failure to provide verification documents within a reasonable time will lead to account deactivation and voiding of winnings.

Due to this you will no longer be able to play here at Casino Max and Cherry Jackpot and the accounts are now closed.

Our contact at Cherry Jackpot Casino confirmed that the original email that was sent to the player banning and voiding his payout was due to “Manipulating, falsifying, altering or failure to provide verification documents within a reasonable time will lead to account deactivation and voiding of winnings.” was correct.

Manipulating and/or falsifying verification docs has become a huge problem in the iGaming world. It’s one we at Casino Players Report take very seriously.

If you contact us with a complaint that one of our approved casinos has accused you of this type of fraud you have wasted your time and your complaint will get ignored.
