I registered on Cleopatra casino on 12th of September, and on the next day, 13th of September I deposited 110 eur from my skrill account and received 110 eur of bonus funds.
I have been playing various slots and was betting 4-5 euros in order to not break the rules of the max. 5 eur bet because I respect terms and conditions of the site. I had been playing for 1 day and won a total of 1400 eur after successfully completing wagering requirements. After I requested withdrawal, I was asked to submit several documents, including photo of ID, proof of address, screenshot of skrill account, and a selfie in front of the monitor on which my Cleopatra account can be seen.
I’ve sent all of the documents that were mentioned above and casino`s support stated that everything is fine and no further verification’s are necessary. After 2 days I received a message from casino`s management that all of my winning are confiscated and that my account will be blocked after I withdraw my first deposit. Without stating any definite reason, my winnings in the amount of 1290 eur were confiscated.
