I would like to lodge a complaint against royal planet casino regarding money I won..
After sending off all my documents.. Then also was asked debit card authorisation form to be completed and signed and confirmed it had been received.. Then been told repeatedly it’s being processed. When this isn’t true..nearly 9 days and This withdrawal is still showing as pending.. And now no one is replying to my emails.. Live chat isn’t working. Neither is their contact number!
I am feeling very deflated and losing hope.. I have made several deposits to this site so was such a joy to actually win somethingI don’t know what else I can do?

I’ve had a pending withdrawal from them for over 8 weeks. Small win, just over 500. Each time I contact support I have the same response. Due to covid we are short staffed and cashouts are behind payment should be recieved the following week. They sure don’t have a problem processing deposits. Sites a scam players be warned. They don’t pay.
Same issue for me too.. not paying saying having some banking issues.
I too having the sam problem with royal planet..the same problem I won just a little over 250 bucks and they still aren’t paying I’ve contacted several times they won’t reply to my chats I feel I’m not going to get paid at all now after reading other reviews. I paid in crypto currancy in the form of bitcoin… Now i see why my bank denied deposit the first time!!
I am currently dealing with the same situation. They make these ridiculous bonus offers and I actually was able to meet the terms and conditions of their no deposit bonus and I have been trying to receive a payout since the beginning of November 2022. They stated they needed 7 to 10 business days to verify my Bitcoin address which seems ridiculous and would require a deposit which I did make. Here we are 1/8/2023 and they are now asking for ID and utility bill/bank statement even though I had asked them back in November if they needed and they said “no,”’more than once. I threatened to file a formal complain which is where I believe the decision to possibly payout what’s owed came from. I’m thinking that was just another stall tactic as I still have not received any funds. They have no credentials on their website like where to go an file a complaint and no license number which says a lot. If businesses worked this hard to do the right thing this world would be a better place. Horrible!
