Player’s complaint…

“Hi I have been playing on the Grandreef online casino. I won $800 on the 03/08/12. They still havnt paid me my winnings.They keep telling me that i will be paid in 24 – 48 hours because they are having a high influx of withdrawals. Is this online casino a scam?”

We contacted Grand Reef and received this reply back from the casino manager…

“Hi Rick, Thank you for the email. I am very familiar with the withdrawal request from Terrence B. I do admit that there has been a delay with regards to the normal withdrawal time frame around his withdrawal. The player had been informed and we sincerely apologised for this. It is very sad to see that he went to this extent to have his query resolved but I will gladly have to take responsibility for the delays from our side. Ironically enough , I have been personally chasing up this query with our finance team to get this transaction processed even before I received your email. There are a number of factors that contributed to the delays and I am not going to justify them by means of any excuse. However, I kindly ask that Terrence allow us the opportunity to redeem ourselves and give us 48hrs to have this resolved for him. I sincerely apologise and assure you that this is not an everyday scenario.
