A player for House of Jack casino came to us with the below complaint…

Complaint:

I deposit 2000 euro in house of jack online casino I was playing on there site but then da told me player form ireland were not allowed to gamble on there casino and da won’t give me back my deposit every time I contacted them da keep telling me there nothing da can do and now I’m down 2000 euro because of this black listed casino and there game license won’t answer my email please help me get a refund ty

We contacted House of Jack casino and we received a prompt response from their complaint dept. letting us know that this guy was up to no good. He had been playing there for quite some time and had even received past payouts from the casino.

This is the first response from the casino…

We chose not to deal with him any further as he is fraudulently trying to get funds from us. He has even gone as far as impersonating our 3rd party game provider manager to get funds credited to his account.

The complaint dept. at House of Jack also sent us proof of the 3rd party fraud attempt. It does make for an interesting read and is also very comical in it’s nature from the fraudulent Irishman’s slang translating into his texts.
