Player was told that a payout of 852.00 was sent to their credit card that was on file but the card was no longer active since it was a prepaid card for bingo only. The player asked where the money was sent so that they could contact the company but Bingomania did not reply back.
We contacted Bingomania and they promptly responded…
“Our Accounts Department was down this past Weekend and the start of the week as a Hurricane affected our offices.”
The player was promptly paid out when Bingomania was back online.
