A player a filed a complaint with us about the casino not honoring the unlimited free game bonus payout to her account. This is the complaint…

“I received free spins from this casino today and noticed that the bonus stated the following: It states: “you currently have an active Free Game (Free Game bonus won on 1/6/2-16 12:12:25 PM). The amount of the bonus was $20.45, and the maximum winnings you can redeem for cash from this bonus is unlimited.” I won $508.93 and feel they should pay it all. They told me they only pay out $150.00 on free spins and that the developers will have to fix the statement on their casino website. This is false advertisement.”

We contacted the casino and received a prompt reply that indeed there was an error in the terms but since it was the casinos fault for the error they would pay the player the entire $508.93. The player has now confirmed this and we are happy to mark this complaint as closed.
